In addition, her experience in the private sector for three years has increased her passion for leveraging the gap between it and the development field by building a solid understanding of the socio-economic factors and challenges in the Egyptian labor market. Her strong management, financial skills, and team-leading experience enable her to work towards bridge the gap between the private sector and development, making the best use of funds and business profit to serve marginalized and vulnerable communities.
