At eight, I began my business 𝗷𝗼𝘂𝗿𝗻𝗲𝘆 selling beverages.
Now, I am at the helm of a diverse portfolio of thriving enterprises. I owe that to my leadership management and business strategy skills.
▣My Professional Experience Began With
▪️I started by hawking goods on the streets as a child.
▪️I Learned how to negotiate deals, business ownership, manage operations, and strategic planning for growth.
▣Selling Vegetables is Harder Than Eating Them
▪️After graduating from university, I started my first venture with 26,000 Riyals capital.
▪️In just three months, I saw that this business was unsuccessful.
▪️This setback showed me that financial analysis is essential for every project in the capital markets.
▪️I learned the importance of business analysis planning and monitoring to understand risks.
▣Entering the Corporate World
▪️I founded my first company “Madas Al-Rijal” which succeeded and expanded to 12 branches across 3 cities.
▪️I learned that intelligent management is the key to driving any project’s success along with brand equity development.
▪️This experience showed me how to consciously assess projects and start-ups before choosing them.
▣Millions in Revenue
▪️I founded one of my largest companies, “Adwaa Al Khalil Contracting”, by establishing strategic partnerships. It grew from $200,000 to hundreds of millions in revenue over 19 years.
▣Building Entrepreneurs
▪️I enjoy helping teams excel in transformation and planning for business success.
▪️I’m focusing heavily on supporting talent and guiding future business leaders.
▪️VMS Studio is now the main focus of my efforts, which demonstrates social media marketing and consulting services.

▪️Operate 4 construction management companies and 2 medical companies, one approaching IPO.
