Mohamed El Biesi; an economist and investment & entrepreneurship expert, holding a PhD in Banking & Finance from the University of Rome and a Master’s in International Business & Public Policy from Catania University, Italy, he advises AAST EC and serves as an expert at GAFI, formerly leading the Bedaya Centre for entrepreneurship at GAFI; He contributed to the National Permanent Committee for evaluating innovative ideas and the National Scientific Council for Economics and Management at (ASRT).
He is currently a member of the national population council.
He has also written many articles on economics, investment, and entrepreneurship.
