With over 15 years of experience in innovation, communication, and entrepreneurship support across Lebanon and the Euro-Mediterranean region, Krystel Khalil empowers entrepreneurs and stakeholders to build successful ventures and ecosystems, driven by a strong commitment to social impact. As the Director of the Projects Lab at Berytech, Krystel leads initiatives and entrepreneurship support programs in sectors such as social innovation, circular economy, technology transfer, economic development, and women and youth empowerment. She is also a coach, mentor, advisor, and facilitator for entrepreneurs. Krystel is a certified mentor by Mowgli Foundation and Confideo | MIT Venture Mentoring, a social entrepreneurship coach by IES Business School (Portugal), and a green entrepreneurship coach by the EU SwitchMed program (Spain). Additionally, she is a certified EFQM assessor by the European Foundation for Quality Management (Belgium). Krystel holds a Master’s degree in Business Marketing from Saint-Joseph University and a Social Entrepreneurship diploma from INSEAD.
