His current position as Group Executive Director of HR & Institutional Development, since 2007, is the corroboration of his acquired expertise over a career path of 15 years (1992-2007) in the fields of Human & Organizational Development and Crisis Management, including 6 years in Canada (1995-1996; 1997-2002). Along the 32 years of his career in Egypt and Canada, he was always keen to maintain the balance between academic knowledge and corporate experience.

Being trilingual with multicultural interest, background, and experience, he has also visited Italy, Vatican, Austria, Ex-Yugoslavia (Serbia and Slovenia), France, Greece, Turkey, Indonesia, Singapore, Morocco, Jordan, Saudi Arabia, Emirates, Lebanon, and Kazakhstan for short trips, trainings and conferences since 1983.
He had 9 media appearances in debates and dialogues about Crisis Management, Education, and Employment at Nile TV; OTV; and Al-Ahram Newspaper (2006-2012). His most recent appearance was on Nile TV – Culture on January 6, 2012 hosted by “Cultural Café” Program for a dialogue on Crisis Management Culture after Jan 25 Revolution.
