Ziad Elsahn
Ziad Elsahn is a Senior Lecturer in Strategy at Lancaster University Management School and an active consultant and knowledge-exchange partner to organizations navigating innovation, technology adoption, and digital transformation. He works with businesses, policymakers, and industry networks to design and implement strategies for internationalisation and the deployment of emerging technologies, including AI in decision-making. Prior to joining Lancaster, he held roles at Heriot-Watt University and Northumbria University, where he was Head of Education in the Entrepreneurship, Innovation and Strategy department. His research has been published in leading journals such as Organization Studies, Management Learning, R&D Management, International Business Review, and Journal of International Management, among others.
