Sebastián has over a decade of experience supporting entrepreneurship, advisory, and mentoring more than 150 businesses. He currently works as a Senior Consultant in Oxentia, Oxford’s Global Innovation Consultancy. He delivers acceleration and innovation programmes internationally, such as the Santander X Global Entrepreneurship Challenges, the Royal Academy of Engineering’s Leaders in Innovation Fellowships (LIF) Global programme, and the TRUK accelerator program. During his time leading the entrepreneurship department at a prominent NGO in Chile, he successfully executed more than 100 programs, reaching over 30,000 businesses through interventions like mentoring, training, and financing. He holds a Bachelor of Economics and Business Engineering from the Universidad de Concepción (Chile), a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile, and a Master of Public Policy (MPP) from the University of Oxford.
