With over 10 years of experience in entrepreneurship, Razan has worked across multiple facets of the ecosystem, including as an entrepreneur, in entrepreneurship enablement organizations, and as an academic. She a founding member and is currently leading the Entrepreneurship Centre at the University of Prince Mugrin, where she fosters innovation, supports startups, and builds sustainable entrepreneurial ecosystems. Leveraging both local and global entrepreneurial networks, she connects students and alumni to external opportunities, mentorship, and resources beyond the university. Through strategic programs, partnerships, and hands-on guidance, she equips emerging entrepreneurs with the skills, tools, and community needed to innovate, grow, and succeed.
