Rafeh Saleh
Rafeh Saleh is a seasoned executive and venture capital leader with 30 years of cross-sector experience in entrepreneurship, startup ecosystem development, driving frontier markets, and strategy consulting. As a World Bank Consultant, Rafeh drives high-growth entrepreneurship in Egypt. He is the Founder of Cubit Ventures, a North Africa-focused venture capital fund, and SNF Ventures, a sports-tech angel investment syndicate. Rafeh sits on the Board of Directors of EVCC, an Industrial Early-stage and Growth Capital Fund targeting small industrial companies in Egypt. Previously, he served as the head of CID Consulting, one of Egypt’s largest consulting firms, and held key roles as a former Board Member of Falak Startups, Governance Committee Member at Egypt Ventures, and Country Director for the Founder Institute. Rafeh holds an MBA from the Paris-based ESLSCA Business School.
