Nezar is an expert in digital transformation, innovation management, and strategic development, with over two decades of experience leading multi-million dollar projects across government, banking, ICT, education, and healthcare sectors. Currently serving as a Programme Officer at UNDP, Nezar spearheads initiatives that drive inclusive growth and innovation, including national digital transformation efforts in partnership with key institutions such as MCIT, NTRA, and ITIDA. He is the founder of the Nilepreneurs Initiative, a nationwide program supporting SMEs and startups under the auspices of the Central Bank of Egypt. A certified Innovation Management Coach and award-winning mentor, Nezar has also provided consultancy and capacity-building services to organizations and various incubators, consistently fostering entrepreneurship and sustainable development across the region
