Maha Mandour is a visionary entrepreneur with over 20 years of experience, building ventures through corporate and governmental projects valued at around $2 billion USD, demonstrating impactful leadership in the technology sector. She is the Managing Director of PTS Investments Holdings Inc., an entrepreneurial venture builder investing in early-stage companies through smart capital and Venture Development Services (VDS). Maha is also the Founder of Kemtix Ventures, a corporate venture studio empowering corporates to establish innovative ecosystems and create ventures from scratch, as well as the Founding Partner and CEO of COREangels MEA, a $10 million pre-seed fund supporting tech startups in the MEA region, aligned with the SDGs and backed by COREangels’ global network with over $2 billion in projects. In addition to her entrepreneurial leadership, Maha serves as Egypt Country Chair for the G100 Venture Capital & Innovative Finance Wing under the All Ladies League, advancing economic empowerment and innovation. She is also a Senator for Egypt at the World Business Angels Investment Forum (WBAF) and a member of the Global Woman Leader Committee, where she focuses on bridging the gap between Africa and global markets, promoting angel investing and building strategic partnerships. Maha has founded impactful initiatives like Kemtech Valley, fostering youth innovation in applied technology. Recognized among the "40 Under 40 Global Leaders in the Middle East" by Business Elite Awards in 2023, she was also honored as an Iconic Woman at the Women Economic Forum in 2020.
