
Alexandra Solea
Dr. Alexandra Solea is a distinguished academic, researcher, and consultant in arts management, higher education, and cultural diplomacy, with over 20 years of experience in the cultural and creative industries. She currently serves as Doctoral Dissertation Chair at Westcliff University in California, USA, Program Director and Professor for the Master in Arts and Culture Management at Rome Business School in Italy, and Program Coordinator and Associate Professor for the Postgraduate Certificate in Music Management at the National University of Music Bucharest in Romania. She is also Professor at Unicollege SSML in Italy and has held visiting professorships and lectureships at several prestigious institutions, including The American University of Rome, IULM University of Milan, the Royal Conservatoire The Hague, and the University of Rome “Tor Vergata.” Dr. Solea has collaborated extensively with leading international organizations such as UNESCO, the United Nations Alliance of Civilizations (UNAOC), the European Music Council, and The Recording Academy (GRAMMYs). She is the Founder and CEO of Solèart Management, an international arts and culture consultancy based in Rome, and of Solèart Education, an educational platform dedicated to cultivating future leaders in arts, culture, and the creative industries. Her work spans Europe, the United States, and the Middle East, where she partners with institutions including TRG Arts (USA) and the Talents Center (Saudi Arabia) to develop innovative programs in cultural leadership, arts management, and creative entrepreneurship.
