
Ahmed Naguib
Ahmed Naguib is an international development expert, life coach, and training specialist with over 25 years of leadership experience across NGOs, government, private sector, and academia. He began his career at the Near East Foundation, later contributing to the Ford Foundation’s Peace and Social Justice program in Cairo before transitioning to the private sector as COO of a furniture firm, where he expanded operations by 200%. At the U.S. Embassy in Cairo, he managed youth programs and academic advising, earning a State Department Performance Award, followed by a role as Regional Outreach Manager for Africa and the Middle East at IIE, overseeing KAUST initiatives. As Advising and Exchanges Director at AMIDEAST, he led flagship programs like EducationUSA and the Ford Foundation International Fellowship Program. Between 2011-2023, he directed donor-funded projects and CSR at FINBI, implementing USAID programs such as SEED and women’s empowerment initiatives. A certified Meta Coach and NLP practitioner, he co-founded Intercap Training and Consulting and the Wellbeing and Sustainability Summit to promote Well-being and sustainability. He is one of the founders and board members of the Women Entrepreneurs Network and Taqat NGO. Ahmed currently serves as Egypt U.S. State Department Alumni Council Head. A sought-after speaker, he trains on leadership, advanced communication, networking, CSR, and personal branding, informed trauma. Currently, also as serves as Global Partnerships and Business Development Manager at TIEC, he fosters academic collaboration between Texas universities and global partners and is an affiliate faculty for Virginia Tech University.
