Yousra Gaballah is the Founder and CEO of Sprintly Partners, a Silicon Valley–based growth company that helps startups scale through hands-on execution, investor readiness, and go-to-market strategy. With over a decade of experience at Amazon, Uber, Careem, and Vodafone, Yousra has led transformative projects across the MENA region and the U.S.-from scaling logistics and customer acquisition to driving mobile internet growth. Now based in San Francisco, she mentors early-stage startups through Techstars SF, Plug and Play’s GOAL program, and Ignyte.ae, with a focus on cross-border expansion and corporate partnerships. Yousra holds degrees in Economics and Business Administration from the American University in Cairo, UC Berkeley, and the University of Washington.
