Seif Bahgat
Seif Aldin Bahgat is a venture builder and strategic partnerships expert with deep experience in Egypt’s startup and innovation ecosystem. He is currently part of Sanad Partners, focusing on building cross-border investment and development-driven partnerships. Seif is also an advisor and board member at Lantern Ventures, where he helped deploy over EGP 200 million across 40+ startups, including investments from Shark Tank Egypt. Before that, he served at Flat6Labs Egypt, where he led national accelerator initiatives with UNDP, GIZ, and MCIT, supporting more than 1,000 founders and shaping multiple public–private innovation programs. Beyond his executive roles, Seif advises venture builders, family offices, and governmental entities on venture growth, investment readiness, and ecosystem development — bridging capital, policy, and entrepreneurship to create scalable impact
